The Wrestle & Grapple Pack is a one-year membership designed specifically for athletes who want to focus on wrestling and grappling disciplines.

Joris Rookhuijzen
Joris is a well-rounded coach with expertise in No-Gi Judo, Wrestling and Grappling, all tailored specifically for MMA. He works with athletes of all levels, including professional fighters, helping them refine their technique and performance.
Joeri Wumkes
Joeri focuses primarily on Grappling. His coaching style emphasizes practical application, making his sessions highly effective for both beginners and advanced athletes.
Together, they bring a wealth of knowledge and real-world experience to every class.
For All Levels
Whether you are just starting out or already have experience, the Wrestle & Grapple Pack is open to all levels. Our structured classes ensure that everyone can progress at their own pace.
Training with the Pro Team
Joris also coaches our professional athletes. Training with the pro team is by invitation only. If you are interested in joining these sessions, you must request permission by sending an email to info@fightiq.nl.
