The BCCI has named Ayush Mhatre as the captain of the India Under 19 squad for the upcoming tour of England. Batting sensation Vaibhav Suryavanshi has also been picked in the India squad.
The England tour will commence on June 24, and it will be a one-month-long tour for the under-19 players.
Ayush Mhatre picked as the skipper
Ayush Mhatre was signed by CSK mid-season and showed some glimpses of his talent. Mhatre will lead the U-19 squad, and Vaibhav Sooryavanshi is also named in the squad.

The tour will include one Warm-up game, a five-match Youth One-Day series and two-day matches against the England U-19 team.

Ayush Mhatre’s IPL 2025 journey
The young sensation was signed by CSK mid-season. Mhatre replaced injured Ruturaj Gaikwad from the squad. Mhatre played six matches for CSK and scored 206 runs at an average of 34.3.
Mhatre showed his talent against Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) when he scored 94 runs in just 48 balls.
