Isaac Lucero (18-0, 14 KOs) won via eight round technical knockout against Roberto Valenzuela Jr. (31-6, 29 KOs). The official time of stoppage for their 10-round super welterweight fight was 2:59. Valenzuela was dropped in the first from a right hook. In round eight, Lucero swung a right hand to the head that had his opponent moving backwards. After he followed that up with a number of shots upstairs, referee Mark Nelson stepped in to end proceedings.
