Renowned Indian bowler Jasprit Bumrah is famed for his incredible yorkers and as the latest post reveals his sense of fashion is beyond reproach too.
After shining particularly among the other Indian players in a Test series against Bangladesh that India won 2-0, Bumrah has once again encouraged the fans with his stellar performance. He was not included in the team for the ongoing T20I series against their Asian rivals.
Recently, Bumrah posted another video on Instagram in which he could be seen walking surrounded by security operatives. He used well fan favorite simple punjabi singer Diljit Dosanjh’s song CASE for the short video.
The cricketer Bumrah can be seen adorned in some fashionable outfits in the video. Beneath a leather jacket he was wearing an off white t-shirt and smiled all through the video in black trousers.
The video elicited a response from many fans who cherished the performance of the player during the last series in which he represented India.
‘No.1 bowler in the world,’ one of them wrote.
One more refuted this and said that Bumrah is the most dangerous looking bowler and cited, “World’s [most] dangerous bowler.”
Simply, it was cited: “Boom Boom Bumrah.”
So it was added, “No.1 Bowler ka swag.”
Another said, “World No.1 Boom Boom.”
The justification for the sidelining of Bumrah during the current T20I series has to do with the load management of the pace bowler in the plans of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI). This break is imperative as Bumrah is also scheduled to play the Border-Gavaskar Trophy later this year and still feature for India in the 2025 Champions Trophy.
He was seen in the audience cheering during the match between India and Pakistan, which is being held as part of the Women’s T20 World Cup that is taking place in Dubai. The International Cricket Council (ICC) also uploaded on the Instagram profile of the player a video of the visit of the star Indian fast bowler while inquiring how it was for him to visit the India Fast Bowler.
Bumrah expressed how excited he was to witness the vibrant and lively environment in the stadium.
For Bumrah, the horizon of the international women’s cricket has fast converged and he is a supporter of the entire women’s squad where each member carries great importance at such a big tournament.
Bumrah is also expected to play following a long absence as the third Test against New Zealand in a three-match home series commences next week.
