Jessica Benni nets 8th as GARFA U-15 Girls Colts League hits Matchday 3 • Sahara Football

Matchday three of the GARFA U-15 Girls Colts League produced another exciting round of fixtures as teams continued their push for early dominance in the competition.

In Group A, Ridge City Women recorded an impressive 3–0 victory over Accra Ladyz S.A., securing their second win of the campaign and moving to six points on the table. Meanwhile, Epiphany Next Gen maintained their perfect start with a narrow 1–0 win over Ideal Ladies, making it three wins from three matches to remain top of the group with nine points.

Over in Group B, Rock Ladies picked up their first victory of the season with a hard-fought 1–0 win against Ga West Ladies, moving to four points after three matches. Ga West Ladies, however, are yet to secure a point in the competition.

Once again, Cabfix Ladies delivered another strong performance with a 3–1 win over Dangme South Ladies, continuing their impressive run in the league.

Cabfix Ladies’ in-form striker Jessica Benni maintained her scoring streak by netting her eighth goal of the competition, further strengthening her position as the league’s leading scorer. Her consistent goal-scoring form has been instrumental in Cabfix Ladies’ perfect start to the campaign.
Following the results, Cabfix Ladies remain top of Group B with nine points, while Dangme South Ladies and Rock Ladies trail behind with four points each after three rounds of matches.

With three matchdays played, Epiphany Next Gen and Cabfix Ladies remain the only teams with a 100 percent record, setting the pace in their respective groups as the race for qualification intensifies.

The competition in the Greater Accra Region forms part of the nationwide U15 Girls Regional Colts Leagues, a key initiative aimed at strengthening grassroots women’s football, identifying young talents, and promoting the long-term growth of the women’s game in Ghana. The regional leagues are currently being played across several parts of the country.

Action in the Greater Accra Regional league continues on Saturday, March 14, 2026, when teams return for Matchday Four as the battle for top spots continues.
