Jon Jones addresses alleged road rage incident
Jon
Jones has shared his version of an alleged road rage incident
that occurred in Albuquerque, New Mexico, over the
weekend.

Jones was recently filmed involved in a minor road rage incident
with an Instagram user, Bryan Beltran. Beltran accused Jones of
nearly hitting him thrice while driving a truck. Beltran admittedly
flipped off Jones, who allegedly then followed him to a parking lot
and confronted him. In the video, Jones can be seen asking Beltran
to relax before flipping him off.

Jones has since accused Beltran of chasing his car down for two
blocks and revving the engine to intimidate him. “Bones” claims he
is proud of standing up against the alleged bullying.

No Bullying Allowed

“This kid proceeded to chase my car down for two blocks, revving
his engine and trying to intimidate me,” Jones wrote on X. “I am
glad this happened to me and not one of the senior citizens in our
community. I am proud of myself for standing up for myself and not
allowing that kind of bullying or intimidation.”

Jones (28-1) has gained notoriety over the years for multiple
run-ins with the law. The former
UFC light heavyweight and heavyweight champion was also
arrested on the same day that his fight with Alexander
Gustafsson was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2021, on
charges of battery misdemeanor, domestic violence, and damaging a
vehicle.

Jones recently had a falling out with the UFC after failing to get
a spot on the White House card in June Jones claims the UFC was not
willing to pay him more than $15 million, while he thought that he
deserved more.
