Jordynne Grace Celebrates Milestone 30th Birthday With Social Media Message

A 3-time TNA Knockouts World Champion recently celebrated a personal moment this week as she turned 30 on March 5. WWE’s powerhouse wrestler Jordynne Grace marked the occasion with a thoughtful and slightly funny message to her fans on social media.

Grace was born in 1996 in Austin, Texas. Her connection with WWE began even before she officially signed with the company. She made a surprise appearance at the Royal Rumble 2024 while she was still competing in TNA as the Knockouts World Champion.

Later in 2024, she also appeared on WWE NXT many times. After signing a multi-year deal with WWE in January 2025, Grace eventually moved to the main roster. By early 2026, she made her official debut on SmackDown by defeating Alba Fyre. Since then, she has continued competing in big matches against stars like Jade Cargill and Candice LeRae.

Jordynne Grace Marks First Day Of Her 30s

Jordynne Grace shared a photo on X to celebrate her birthday and wrote, “I’ll be in my 30s for 3653 days. Today is day 1.”

The post also included a mirror selfie. In the photo, Grace stands in front of a mirror in what looks like a gym or training space, as she appears to be in her training gear.

Her message was quite unique. By mentioning 3,653 days, Grace was pointing out that turning 30 is just the start of a decade, as the number is roughly the total number of days in 10 years, including leap years.

Instead of treating 30 like a sad milestone, she framed it as the beginning of a positive journey.

Known as “The Juggernaut,” Grace has built a reputation as one of the strongest women in WWE, thanks to her background in bodybuilding and powerlifting. Now that she has entered her 30s, she seems ready to enjoy the next stage of both her life and her career.

We wish Jordynne Grace a very happy birthday!
