Kelly Kincaid Says WWE Exit Was Not Her Choice

Kelly Kincaid Says WWE Exit Was Not Her Choice – A day after confirming that her WWE run will end next Saturday, Kelly Kincaid clarified that the departure was not a personal decision.

The NXT backstage interviewer revealed on Friday via X that her contract expires on February 14. When a fan asked whether she chose not to renew her deal, Kincaid responded, “I wasn’t given the option.” The comment suggests the decision came from WWE rather than from Kincaid herself.

Kincaid joined WWE in February 2022, debuting on NXT Level Up as a backstage interviewer. She became a regular presence across NXT programming, conducting interviews and contributing to the brand’s presentation. Before signing with WWE, she worked in Ring of Honor beginning in 2019 as a commentator and interviewer.

In addition to her broadcast work, Kincaid also competed in the ring under the name Quinn McKay. She wrestled for ROH and on the independent circuit, with her last match taking place in December 2021. Over the course of her career, she recorded 20 matches, according to Cagematch.

Outside the ring, Kincaid welcomed her first child with WWE star Elton Prince on September 20, 2024. Prince has been sidelined since May 2025 and underwent neck surgery last month.

Kincaid’s exit marks the end of a four-year run with WWE, and her public comments indicate the decision to part ways ultimately came from the company rather than the longtime NXT personality.
