Kevin Vallejos delivered a statement victory at UFC Vegas 114.
Stepping into the main event spotlight for a high-stakes featherweight scrap against Josh Emmett, Vallejos rose to the occasion, connecting with a nasty counter right that put ‘CC0’ on wobbly legs early.
With Emmett already struggling to stay upright, Vallejos picked up the pace, unleashing a flurry of strikes against the fence. Emmett did everything he could to stave off the onslaught, but before long, he’d hit the mat, forcing referee Herb Dean to step in and bring a stop to the contest.
