Laxman Keen on Yashasvi Jaiswal, Samson’s Impressive Nets Stroke-Play

Sanju Samson, Shivam Dube, and Yashasvi Jaiswal joined the Indian cricket team in Zimbabwe, giving them a major boost ahead of the third T20 International against the hosts. The T20 World Cup-winning Indian squad included all three of these players, which is noteworthy. Dube played in the Indian starting XI, while Samson and Jaiswal warmed the benches. Once again sporting their national colors, the trio is expected to start in the starting lineup for the third game following a brief break.

The video, which was posted on social media by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), showed Jaiswal, Dube, and Samson hitting big strokes while VVS Laxman, India’s head coach for the Zimbabwe series, watched them all closely. When Samson was batting in the video, the coach could also be seen conversing with him.

In the first T20 International in Harare, India was humiliated by hosts Zimbabwe, losing by 13 runs, but the Shubman Gill-led team pulled off an incredible victory in the second match, winning by a score of 100 runs.

By winning the third game of the five-match series, the Indian side will try to gain the upper hand. The Harare Sports Club is the site of all the matches.

A big selection dilemma must be in mind of the team management as Abhishek Sharma, who opened in the absence of Yashasvi Jaiswal, scored a sensational hundred in the second T20I vs Zimbabwe.
Abhishek lost his wicket in the first game for a four-ball duck, but in the second, he amused himself by hammering the Zimbabwe bowlers all over the park. In the match, Abhishek scored 100 runs off of 47 balls.

It will be fascinating to see which team combination the team management chooses, as Jaiswal is also available at this time. Since Gill and Abhishek began the batting for India in the first two games, another opener, Ruturaj Gaikwad, has already been demoted to the number three place.
