WHO WE ARE
LEGACY Youth Tennis & Education is a nationally recognized, award-winning nonprofit based in East Falls, Philadelphia. For 75 years, we’ve been preparing youth for success through our inclusive community — using tennis, education and character programming. We are a USTA
Foundation NJTL chapter and one of the few organizations in the country designated as a USTA TEAM USA training site.

THE ROLE
This is not a low-key summer gig. You’ll be on court coaching groups of all ages and levels, setting the tone daily, and contributing to a program that families trust and kids remember. If you want real reps, real coaching experience, and a summer that builds your resume — this is it.
- On-court instruction across camps and clinics — all ages and levels
- Group management, attendance tracking, and player communication
- Tournament presence and player support
- Uphold LEGACY’s coaching standards and player development philosophy
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Competitive tennis background — collegiate players and recent grads strongly encouraged to apply
- Coaching or teaching experience with youth preferred
- PTR/USPTA certification a plus — not required
- High energy, punctual, and professional on and off the court
- Passion for youth development and community impact
WHAT YOU GET
- Competitive seasonal compensation $20-$30 per hour for group training and $40-$50 per hour for privates.
