Undefeated featherweight Lewis Byrne was making his Cage Warriors debut in his home town of Dublin.
The fight started ferociously with Lewis Bryne dropping Dylan Logan and as soon as he advance into mount Logan was fishing for submissions from bottom. Bryne intelligently withdrew from the exchange but was hunted down and found himself on the ground with Logan hunting a rear naked choke. He wriggled out and then reentered the grappling exchanges.
Byrne found a dominant crucifix position with just over 90 seconds left of the round, he hammered down vicious elbows continuously without any reply from Logan the referee was forced to step in and stop the fight.
Lewis Byrne remains undefeated with the TKO victory at 4:36 of Round 1 at Cage Warriors 200.
