Christmas comes early at LIAT (2020) Ltd as the airline launches a new flight to Trinidad.
The airline recently announced in a press release that its inaugural flight to Trinidad will depart on December 19, marking another crucial step in its ongoing mission to enhance connectivity across the Caribbean.
LIAT’S chief executive officer Hafsah Abdulsalam says: “Trinidad is not just a destination; it’s a gateway to greater regional connectivity. This route represents our commitment to providing seamless, reliable travel options that connect the north and south of the Caribbean and beyond.”
She adds that LIAT was “proud to provide travellers with more options, greater flexibility and elevated travel experiences”. She said the route reflected the airline’s vision to make “the Caribbean more connected, more accessible and more unified than ever”.
Also thrilled by the news is Senator Rohan Sinanan, Minister of Works and Transport in Trinidad. He says: “We are thrilled to welcome LIAT (2020) to Trinidad and Tobago.
