Narendra Modi Stadium
The newly built Narendra Modi Stadium is the largest cricket stadium in the world and the experience of watching a game of cricket in this stadium is just amazing. The stadium has an amphitheater and has four gates with one connected to the metro line. It is spread across 63 acres. It consists of four dressing rooms, Gym, and the field is spread across 180×150 yards.
There are six indoor pitches and three outdoor practice pitches. It was earlier called Sardar Patel Stadium. It is owned by the Gujarat Cricket Association and also has an indoor cricket academy and also a dormitory for 40 athletes. The Stadium has 76 corporate boxes and has already hosted International games.
Eden Gardens
Before the Narendra Modi Stadium was rebuilt, Eden Gardens Stadium in Kolkata was arguably one of the biggest stadiums in India as well as globally. It was established in 1864. The Eden Gardens is the third biggest Stadium in the world and it has witnessed some memorable cricketing tournaments over the last so many years.
It was the first official cricket stadium in India and it is also quite popular among foreign tourists. It also became only the second stadium to host a World Cup final in 1987. Eden Gardens was the first stadium in India to host a Pink ball test match in 2019 that was played between Indians and Bangladesh.

Raipur Cricket Stadium
Raipur cricket stadium in Chattisgarh is also known as Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh International Cricket Stadium. It has a seating capacity of 65,400 as it is the third largest cricket stadium in India and fourth in the world.
It was the home ground of Delhi Daredevils during the 2013 IPL season. The first International game at this stadium was held in 2010 between the Chattisgarh Cricket Team and the Canada Cricket Team. The stadium has also hosted quite a few International matches and also IPL matches.
Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium
Spread across 15 acres, the Rajiv Gandhi stadium in Uppal boasts of seating of 55,000. It was funded by Visaka Industries Limited and was owned by the Sports Authority of Telangana. It has hosted many International, domestic matches as well as IPL games. There are two ends named after two former Indian cricketers-Shivlal Yadav End and VVS Laxman End.
In December 2019, a stand was named after former India skipper Mohammad Azharuddin who was newly appointed as Hyderabad Cricket Association President during that time. For day and night matches flood lights are installed on six towers
Greenfield International Stadium
One of the specialities of this Stadium is that it has been constructed in such a manner that it can be used for a Cricket match as well as a Football game. It is spread over 36 acres of land. It is the first eco-friendly stadium in India. The stadium has a seating capacity of 55,000. The stadium is divided into four zones. The east zone is for football, the north zone is for cricket.
In the south zone, there are shopping malls and a food court. There is also a players’ lounge, gymnasium, media center, and stock room. Olympic size Swimming Pool, table tennis, squash, volleyball, and basketball are some other notable facilities. The stadium also has a rainwater harvesting system.
