Yorkshire have work to do to get back into this match when play does begin – hopefully at 11am, 104 overs in the day – having reached the halfway mark with Hampshire ahead by 167 with eight second-innings wickets in hand.
They will begin today on 93-2.
Having been bright with the ball on day one, Yorkshire struggled with the bat in being bowled out for 177 in their first-innings reply to 251. They can’t afford to struggle second time around.
