There is no shock Mohamed Salah rant to mask the numbers this time around, either. Slot, not even a year on from winning the Premier League, is a man under increasing pressure.
Former Liverpool defender and Sky Sports pundit Jamie Carragher isn’t sure that a managerial change is the answer, however. He said on Super Sunday: “Could a new manager revitalise these players and bring that energy and intensity back into this team?

Liverpool plotting Camavinga move
According to Football Insider, Liverpool are now plotting a move to sign Eduardo Camavinga this summer with Real Madrid ready to sell the midfielder.
The Champions League winner has started just 12 games in La Liga this season and the Madrid are now willing to accept an offer worth in excess of £43m, which could hand Liverpool the chance to land a bargain deal.
