Ludhiana Bar Association Honors J-K Para Cricketer Amir Hussain

Cricket is just not a game for the Indians, it is like Oxyzen. Sometimes even physical disabilities could not become a barrier to any aspiring crickets. Jammu and Kashmir Para Cricket Team captain Amir Hussain Lone is one of them. Even after fighting with physical disabilities, he kept his passion for cricket. As a result of his contribution and love for the game, the Ludhiana Bar Association felicitated him. 

Fight Against the Disabilities and Felicitation:

India has seen a lot of inspiring cricket idols. Some of them are the real winners of life. As a child, every other Indian kid wants to be like Tendulkar, Kohli, or Bumrah. While achieving that dream, some of them faced some life challenges. Amir Hussain is one of them. With his unbelievable life story, he grabbed attention. 

Amir is a player of the Jammu and Kashmir Para Cricket team. Since childhood, he fought against his disabilities and chased his dreams. He lost both his hands in a major accident at the age of eight. After that, life took a cruel turn but he maintained his passion for cricket. 

Because of his contribution and strong passion, the cricketer was felicitated by the Ludhiana Bar Association. The President of that association, Chetan Verma lauded his courage. On this occasion, he shared his feelings and inspiring journey to inspire many others. 

Sachin Tendulkar Lauded Him:

Amir has been playing professional cricket since 2013. One of his teachers introduced him to Para Cricket. The talented player holds the bat with his shoulders and bowls with his feet. This year, Amir lived in his dream moment as Sachin Tendulkar met him in Kashmir. 

Even before the meeting, the Kashmiri cricketer grabbed Tendulkar’s attention with one of his training videos. The God of Indian Cricket hailed Amir’s excellence making him an inspiration to many. He also gifted a bat with a heartwarming message saying, “To Amir, the real hero. Keep Inspiring.”
