The Barbados Police Service has formally charged 32-year-old Rico Akeem Hepburn of Pelican Drive, St. Martins, St. Philip, with the murder of Mark Armstrong.
The offence took place on Saturday, November 6, 2022, at the Granville Williams Bus Terminal.
Hepburn is set to appear today, Thursday, November 7, 2024, before Magistrate Alison Burke at the District ‘A’ Traffic Court.
