The 2026 Royal Rumble took place at Riyadh Season Stadium in the King Abdullah Financial District in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Surprises were around every corner, but one huge debut was already promoted by WWE, and fans were expecting Oba Femi, but they weren’t expecting a masked man.
Oba Femi and Bron Breakker drew the first two spots and started the match. But before things could really settle in, a masked man appeared out of nowhere and targeted Breakker during his entrance.
The attacker threw Breakker into the ring steps, then hit him with a Curb Stomp. After that, he rolled Breakker into the ring and left him there.
Oba Femi didn’t waste the opening and eliminated Breakker moments later. The whole thing felt like a setup, and it made it clear Breakker’s road to WrestleMania isn’t going to be simple.
It turned out to be Austin Theory the last time we had a masked man angle that fans thought was Seth Rollins. Only time will tell what happens in this situation.
We will have to see how things pan out from this point on. The Royal Rumbel certainly didn’t turn out the way that fans thought it would for Bron Breakker. The masked man angle is also suddenly back in the picture.
