Yorkshire County Cricket Club is thrilled to announce that Matthew Revis has signed a new contract extension, with the young all-rounder committing himself to the Club until at least 2028.
Steeton-born Revis has gone on to establish himself as an exceptional young cricketer since making his Yorkshire debut in 2019.
He is closing in on 3,000 career runs and holds a first-class average of 41 with five centuries. He has also taken 114 all-format wickets with a best return of 5-50.
His form in 2025 led to him touring Australia with the England Lions over the winter and Revis will join them once again in their upcoming series against Pakistan Shaheens.

Revis said he was proud to have committed his future to the White Rose.
“Yorkshire means everything to me so to be given this opportunity to sign my new contract is a special moment.
“I’ve spent all my cricketing life here. It’s an honour to represent the Club every day and to play in front of our members and supporters, whose backing I have always appreciated.

Gavin Hamilton, General Manager of Cricket, said he was equally thrilled to see Revis commit his future to Yorkshire.
“Matty is a supremely gifted cricketer, and we are all delighted with this news.
“He’s already got some real experience, and his ceiling is still very high. It’s a testament to him and the dedication he has shown to his game that he has gained recognition with the England Lions.
