Earlier tonight, the UFC unveiled the fights that will take place on the South Lawn of the White House on June 14.
The White House card, which will be called UFC Freedom 250, will be headlined by Ilia Topuria and Justin Gaethje.
Gaethje, who won the interim lightweight title earlier this year, while Topuria was on a hiatus due to personal reasons, will now get the opportunity to upgrade it to undisputed if he dethrones the reigning champ “El Matador” on June 14.
In the co-main event, Ciryl Gane and Alex Pereira will clash for the interim heavyweight title. “Poatan,” who has already attained two-division glory, now becomes the first fighter in the promotion to fight for the third belt.
Other than these two title bouts, there are four other fights locked in for June 14. Check the entire card below.
Fans had expected big names like Jon Jones, Alex Pereira, and especially Conor McGregor on the card. However, after the announcement, many in the MMA community had mixed reactions, with some feeling the lineup did not fully live up to the massive hype surrounding the event.

In another post, Garcia added:
“I was expecting the White House UFC card to be better, not going to lie?? They should’ve went all out, you would think they would. I was hoping Jon Jones, Conor, Alex, Make America proud type sh*t 🤷♂️
Dillon Danis also poked fun at the announcement and one of the bouts that is scheduled for June 14:

Right after all the UFC White House fights were announced, Paulo Costa quipped:
“F**k White House”
Meanwhile, Conor McGregor had a different sentiment, despite not being picked by Dana White and Co. to fight Michael Chandler at the White House as “The Notorious” had desired:
“A great card! #CantWait 🏦”
