Dean Muhtadi fka as Mojo Rawley now focuses on helping wrestlers through his agency, Paragon Talent Group, which he co-founded in 2021 with Steven Kaye. The agency assists talent with contract negotiations, sponsorship deals, and securing visas—especially important for international wrestlers who risk losing residency after being released.
Muhtadi also provides mentorship beyond business, offering creative input, training support, and financial advice to help wrestlers plan for life after their careers.
Paragon is collaborating with promotions like Tokyo Joshi Pro-Wrestling, Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre, House of Glory, World Wonder Ring Stardom, and Maple Leaf Pro Wrestling to host Slam Fest during #WWE WrestleMania 42 weekend in Las Vegas.
As for his in-ring future, Muhtadi considers himself retired full-time but is open to a one-off return if the right opportunity arises—likely at a Paragon event.
