Mudassar Nazar blasts PCB after Pakistan’s loss to Bangladesh

Former Pakistan batter and ex-head coach Mudassar Nazar slammed the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) as being a bunch of ‘confused people’ whose actions are hurting the sport in the country.

“The PCB is full of confused people and they are making mistakes after mistakes, leading to increasing problems in Pakistan cricket,” Nazar was quoted as saying by PTI.

Nazar also played down the argument of the Pakistan players and coaches about the pitch not offering any sort of help for the seamers.

“Everyone who has played cricket in Pakistan knows that no matter whatever anyone says in August the pitches in Rawalpindi tend to become good batting tracks after the first one or two hours of help for the seamers,” Nazar said.

The former batter, who scored 4114 runs at an average of 38.09 in 76 Tests was also surprised with Pakistan’s decision to play 4 seamers in the first Test and said that he would have gone in with not 1 but 2 spinners against Bangladesh.
