Young Indian batter Musheer Khan, who is currently playing in Duleep Trophy 2024 is ready to travel to Australia for the India A shadow tour, set to have three Tests of ‘four days’.
According to PTI, the team for the Australia will be selected based on the Duleep Trophy performances of India A, and the Irani Cup match between Rest of India and Ranji champions Mumbai, set to be held before the tour to Australia.
Though a couple of Test specialists and pace bowlers might be sent early, Musheer Khan and Rajasthani left-arm spinner Manav Suthar are the two names who are almost certain to make it.
Musheer has played 7 domestic matches where he has scored 710 runs, with the highest score being 203 not out. If Musheer is declared fit till the time comes for the tour, he is most certain to be in India A’s tour of Australia.
