The Rangers currently have 141-142 million in guaranteed contracts when you add up deGrom, Seager, Eovaldi, Nimmo, Pederson, Higashioka, and Haggerty. My math can be off though.
The Rangers have I think four players getting arbitration money those are Jake Burger, Josh Jung, Josh Smith, and Ezequiel Duran.
My predictions on the Arb dollars:
Burger: 3 million Duran: 1.25-1.5 million Smith: 2.25 million Jung: 2.25 million That adds up to 9-9.25 million

Sign RP Danny Coulombe~ 1 year 3 million

Sign SP Zac Gallen~ 3 years 60 million (15 mil in 26′, 20 mil in 27′, 25 mil in 28′)
Sign RP Hunter Harvey~ 1 year 4 million
Sign Tyler Kinley~ 1 year 3 million
Trade for catcher Joey Bart (FA after 2027) 2.25 million in arbitration
These additions add up to a total of 31.75 million. With the additions plus the guaranteed contracts and arbitration eligible players it should add up to around million. Once again my math could be off obviously
