Dear Member,
We are pleased to announce a new addition to ICA’s welfare measures—a significant step forward in our continued efforts to recognize and honor the contributions of our esteemed Indian cricketers.
The Indian Cricketers’ Association (ICA) has introduced a new welfare initiative: a One-Time Benefit (OTB) for the spouses of deceased ICA members. This initiative is designed to provide a one time assistance and acknowledge the enduring legacy of our members by supporting their families during times of loss.
The benefit is applicable exclusively to the spouses of deceased ICA members, with the exception of International Test cricketers. As of now, 39 spouses have received this benefit out of 40 eligible families. One case remains pending due to incomplete documentation.
This initiative reflects ICA’s unwavering commitment to standing by the families of our cricketers — not only during their second innings but also beyond, when they need it most.
Warm regards,
Indian Cricketers’ Association
