New Zealand cricket team’s official handle gets trolled after posting wrong map of India

On October 21, Monday, New Zealand cricket team’s official X handle came under the scrutiny of Indian fans after they posted the wrong map of India.

The account posted about the details of the 2 remaining Test matches between India and New Zealand which are set to be played in Pune and Mumbai respectively. They used the map of India to highlight the places where the 2 matches will be held.

However, they made a big mistake as they posted the wrong map of India. In the map, India’s territorial boundary of Jammu and Kashmir is incomplete and doesn’t include the Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) area. This shows that they didn’t post the updated version of India’s map.

Indian fans were left incensed with the post and called out the account for not posting India’s updated map even though it is easily available.
