Ticket misuse
In a bid to target ticket misuse, we have sanctioned over 10,000 accounts this season which we believe to be mainly controlled by automated software (bots) or registered to a false name. Of the 10,000 sanctions, only 93 relate to away games.
Working groups
Four working groups have been established to meet with a regular cadence between Fan Advisory Board and Fans’ Forum meetings. The working groups will focus on atmosphere, ticketing, fan experience and supporters’ clubs. A fifth subgroup centred around inclusion will launch in January 2026.
