Knolly Launches an Updated Cache Titanium Gravel Bike

Knolly got into the gravel scene in 2018 with the release of the first generation Cache, available in both a steel and titanium option. Today they launched an updated Cache Titanium that delivers even more mounts, wider tire clearance, and 5 built kits, all of which come with a dropper post. For the time being, the Cache is only available in a Titanium frame, but expect an updated steel framed version to drop in early 2026. I was lucky enough to spend some time on the previous generation Cache Steel and loved how the tall stack and long reach made the bike super stable at speed and comfortable for all-day adventures. At the time I joked with the folks at Knolly about the Steel being a gateway to an inevitable titanium upgrade – which is looking more tempting than ever at the moment.

MegaVolt Expands to Two Locations for 2026

Megavolt will be entering its sixth straight year in 2026! Despite the growing eMTB scene in North America, it remains one of the only multi-day eMTB festivals and aims to facilitate good times on bikes across a wide variety of new terrain. For this upcoming year, there will be two Megavolt events, one in the spring on Vancouver Island, and a second event come fall in Squamish.

Cowichan Valley, Vancouver Island – May 29-31, 2026

This spring, the MegaVolt rolls into the Cowichan Valley, one of Vancouver Island’s most diverse riding zones, with forested singletrack, flowy features, and just enough technical punch to keep eMTBs fully engaged. Two distinct trail systems in the region offer the perfect mix for a weekend of exploring.

Squamish – October 2-4, 2026

The second event lands in Squamish, a place synonymous with world-class riding. Granite slabs, forest loam, and big, memorable lines make it an incredible fit for eMTB. It’s a chance to experience some of the most iconic terrain on the continent through the MegaVolt lens.

Megavolt promises a great ride-chill ratio with plenty of time to hang with your pals.

“The MegaVolt started as a small gathering of eMTB nerds, but it has grown into one of the most anticipated weekends of the year. Expanding to two events is a natural next step for the festival and for the eMTB community.” – Dean Payne, President, BC Bike Race

Each year, the MegaVolt has welcomed close to 200 riders, demo partners, and industry participants, proof that the eMTB community is growing fast and showing up.

Each weekend will feature a mix of events and chances to socialize. Expanding to new communities means more terrain to explore, more chances to test the latest tech, and more time to ride with the people who are shaping eMTB’s future.

Registration for both events opens early 2026, with limited passes available for each weekend. You can join the mailing mailing list for early updates or visit themegavolt.com for more details.
