The bowl season gives fans and scouts alike a chance to analyze NFL Draft prospects against solid competition. Bowl scheduling allows all eyes to be on each game. Here are the NFL Draft prospects in the 2025 Boca Raton Bowl.
Toledo Rockets Draft Prospects
Emmanuel McNeil-Warren, S
McNeil-Warren joined Toledo in 2022 and played primarily on special teams originally. He had a much bigger impact in 2023 when he tallied 69 tackles, two interceptions and three passes defended. In 2024, he was only able to play in eight games, but registered 61 total tackles, one interception and five passes defended. This season has been his best season yet, as he has amassed 73 total tackles, two interceptions and four passes defended.
At 6-foot-2 and 202 pounds, McNeil-Warren has good size for an NFL safety. He can make plays near the line of scrimmage, but also makes plays on the ball in coverage. His play has earned him an invite to the Senior Bowl, as his stock has risen greatly. He could be drafted on day two of the 2026 NFL Draft.
Projected Draft Range: Second Round Pick-Third Round Pick
Chip Trayanum, RB
Trayanum started his career at Arizona State in 2020. He played two seasons for the Sun Devils, rushing for 691 yards and 10 touchdowns. Trayanum transferred to Ohio State for two seasons after that. With the Buckeyes, he rushed for 465 yards and three touchdowns. He spent an injury-plagued season at Kentucky, where he rushed for 101 yards in three games played. This season, while suiting up for Toledo, Trayanum has rushed for 950 yards and 11 touchdowns.
He stands at 5-foot-11 and 227 pounds, which is a solid build for a running back. Trayanum brings good power and contact balance to the position. He is an older prospect, which will hurt his chances of getting drafted, especially at the running back position, but he does have a chance to make a roster.
Projected Draft Range: Undrafted Free Agent
Louisville Cardinals Draft Prospects
Chris Bell, WR
Bell joined Louisville in 2022. He didn’t play much as a freshman, catching seven passes for 105 yards. His role increased in 2023, as he had 29 catches for 407 yards and two touchdowns. In 2024, he posted 43 catches for 737 yards and four touchdowns. This season has been his best yet, as he recorded 72 catches for 917 yards and six touchdowns.
At 6-foot-2 and 220 pounds, Bell has great size for an NFL wide receiver prospect. He is a good athlete who moves well for his size. Bell runs after the catch well and can create big plays. His route running will need to be refined for the next level. He has a chance to be drafted in the first round in the 2026 NFL Draft.
Projected Draft Range: First Round Pick-Second Round Pick
Clev Lubin, EDGE
Lubin started his college career at Army where he redshirted. He then went to junior college for a season before transferring to Coastal Carolina for the 2024 season. He had an impressive season for the Chanticleers, as he had 12.5 tackles for loss and 9.5 sacks. Lubin transferred to Louisville for the 2025 season. He played well, as he had 11.5 tackles for loss and seven sacks.
At 6-foot-3 and 250 pounds, Lubin has decent size for an NFL edge rusher. He has good pass rushing production over the last two seasons. Lubin is just a redshirt junior, so it may be wise to return to school and continue to build up his draft stock.
Projected Draft Range: Sixth Round Pick-Undrafted Free Agent
Other Draft Prospects: QB Miller Moss (6th-UFA), TE Jaleel Skinner (UFA) DL Rene Konga (UFA), WR Dacari Collins (UFA), WR Caullin Lacy (UFA)
