CHARLOTTE, NC – The Los Angeles Rams hung on to defeat the Carolina Panthers, 34-31, at Bank of America Stadium on Saturday evening to begin the NFL playoffs.
After jumping out to a 14-0 first half lead, the Rams withstood a pair of Carolina 4th quarter leads and ultimately triumphed as a result of Colby Parkinson’s 19-yard touchdown catch with just 38 seconds remaining.
With the win, the Rams advance to next weekend’s Divisional Round of the NFL postseason.
