Nike Atelier unveils custom winter collection for Jannik Sinner

While awaiting his upcoming bid in Doha, Jannik Sinner has detoured into the Italian Alps to unveil a one-of-one performance look created by Nike Atelier.

This isn’t just a standard sponsorship activation. It’s a technical intersection of Sinner’s Alpine heritage and Nike’s most advanced winter innovations, timed perfectly for the 2026 Milan-Cortina Winter Olympics.

What is Nike Atelier?

The “Atelier” platform is Nike’s ultra-exclusive design wing and Sinner is only the second athlete to receive a full head-to-toe Atelier kit – the first being Maria Sharapova.

According to Nike’s Chief Design Officer Martin Lotti, the project was a deep dive into Sinner’s DNA. “Sinner the skier, the Games in his home country, and the relaunch of ACG (All Conditions Gear) created the perfect ingredients,” Lotti told Sports Illustrated.

“Quiet Luxury” meets GORE-TEX

Sinner worked closely with Nike’s design team to create a “boxy cocoon” silhouette that fits his understated personal style while offering elite thermal protection.

  • The Shell: A reimagined vintage ACG piece utilizing a GORE-TEX outer shell and a three-layer wool interior.
  • The Tech: The core of the outfit features A.I.R. (Adaptive Insulated Response) technology, the same tech found in the official medal-stand jackets for Team USA.
  • The Customization: A standout detail reported by Hypebeast is a pure silver carabiner keychain, custom-molded to the elevation map of the Dolomites, where Sinner was once a junior national skiing champion.
  • The Footwear: Custom dip-dyed ACG Zegama shoes, modified in a muted palette to avoid the “loud” branding often seen in sportswear.

Prioritising the Tour

The look was officially debuted aboard the All-Conditions Express, a vintage Italian locomotive transformed into a mobile basecamp by Nike. Sinner was joined by Paralympic fencing icon Bebe Vio to promote the “Team26” volunteer initiative.

However, Sinner will not attend the Olympic Opening Ceremony in Cortina and he is heading straight to Doha to focus on the upcoming tour.

Sinner’s portfolio is growing rapidly, with recent additions like Allianz and a continuing high-fashion partnership with Gucci. This Nike Atelier project feels like the most personal one yet.
