The Rangers had a travel day yesterday and are in Winnipeg tonight to take on the also bad Jets. Winnipeg is a weird team. They should be better based on their roster, but have the same issues scoring that the Rangers do. Their overall defensive play is better, and they too have been on a nice little run over the last ten games. Winnipeg is one of those teams that the Rangers are “fighting” for draft position, so take that as you will.
