Some things to note is that the Outlaw has no penalty for repeated firing (i.e firing both shots back to back has the same accuracy). You also do not get kicked out of ADS after firing and it follows the same movement rules as the other snipers.
Meanwhile the Guardian also does not get kicked out of ADS after firing. However, it uses the rifle movement accuracy rules. +0.8 spread when crouched, +2 when walking, +5 for running and +10 when airborne. It also gains spread with repeated shots. Unlike the dedicated snipers, these shots have recoil to compensate for the much higher Rate of Fire (RoF).
