Pakistan, who are in group A of the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2024, will be facing a challenging opponents including their arch-rival India, defending Champion Australia, unpredictable Sri Lanka along with New Zealand. While New Zealand is currently struggling in the shortest format of the game with their last ten losses in ten matches, but, still Pakistan will have a challenging group as they are placed in group A of the marquee event.
Looking over their history of eight times’ participation in the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2024, they have always been returned early from the tournament. In their eight participation, they could not progress ahead from the first round. This time, the team will look to go to group-stage and eventually to the final for the title.
