India Falls Short Against Pakistan in U-19 Asia Cup Clash

India’s bowlers had some moments of success, with Samarth Nagaraj taking three wickets and Ayush Mhatre grabbing two, but they couldn’t contain Shahzaib’s fireworks.

In response, India’s innings struggled despite Nikhil Kumar’s valiant 67 off 77 balls. Naveed Ahmad Khan dismissed Kumar, triggering a collapse that left India at 190/9 in the 40th over.

However, a resilient last-wicket stand of 48 between Mohamed Enaan (30 off 22) and Yudhajit Guha, aided by several dropped catches, kept India in the game briefly. Pakistan finally secured a win by running Enaan out, wrapping up the match with India falling short of the target by 44 runs.
