- Porsche 911 GT3 R rennsport track car coming to Assetto Corsa Evo
- One more car still to be confirmed for V0.6
Porsche’s limited edition GT3R rennsport is the fifth car to be announced for Assetto Corsa Evo’s V0.6 update.
Just 77 examples of the rennsport will be produced, costing just over $1 million each, plus VAT. A suite of customisation options is available, however, with the track-focused car blessed with a piercing exhaust note created by its 911 GT3 R-derived engine.
With rear-wheel drive and 620 bhp, the rennsport should be a handful to control in AC Evo when V0.6 drops, where it will be joined by the Lamborghini Countach LP5000 QV and Ferrari 288 GTO road cars.
However, at least two GT3 machines are also on the way, with the Ford Mustang and Ferrari 296 confirmed. One further vehicle is also set to be unveiled ahead of the build’s release, with Sebring International Raceway already confirmed.
