There may be some positive news regarding Dominik Mysterio’s reported concussion situation — and it comes straight from Mysterio himself.
After reports suggested he was placed in concussion protocol following his brutal AAA Rey de Reyes match, Dominik dropped a late-night Instagram story that’s now got people questioning everything. The post, shared around 1:52 AM on March 17, 2026 after RAW, showed Dominik driving as he was actually behind the wheel. That’s why it’s being seen as positive news, because if the AAA Mega Champion was genuinely dealing with a confirmed concussion, he typically wouldn’t be cleared to drive at all.
The timing makes it even more interesting. Earlier, it was reported that Dominik vs. Dragon Lee had been scheduled for RAW but scrapped because he wasn’t medically cleared, with speculation pointing to a possible concussion from his No DQ war with El Hijo del Vikingo. But now? This changes the tone completely.
Instead of looking sidelined or restricted, Dominik appeared active just hours after RAW ended — which doesn’t exactly line up with someone dealing with a serious head injury. Of course, WWE hasn’t officially confirmed a concussion, only that he wasn’t cleared to compete — so it’s possible this was more precaution than anything else.
Still, Dominik Mysterio didn’t say a word — and somehow said a lot at the same time. If nothing else, this post just threw a big question mark over the whole situation heading into WrestleMania season.

Do you think Dominik Mysterio’s late-night post proves he’s fine, or is WWE just being extra cautious behind the scenes? Let us know your thoughts and leave your feedback.
