In a thrilling encounter at the Delhi Premier League, Priyansh Arya’s explosive knock of 82 off 51 balls powered South Delhi Superstarz to a six-wicket victory over Central Delhi Kings.

After being asked to bat first, Central Delhi Kings posted a competitive total of 176/7, thanks to half-centuries from Dhruv Kaushik (56) and captain Yash Dhull (52). Despite losing an early wicket, Kaushik and Dhull steadied the innings with a 91-run partnership, helping their team to a respectable score. Kuldip Yadav was the pick of the bowlers for South Delhi Superstarz, claiming 2/37.

In response, South Delhi Superstarz chased down the target with five balls to spare. The chase was anchored by Priyansh Arya, who smashed seven sixes and three fours in his scintillating innings. Arya was well-supported by Ayush Badoni, who scored a crucial 42 off 36 balls. The pair added 101 runs for the second wicket, setting the foundation for the successful chase.

Even after Arya and Badoni were dismissed, South Delhi Superstarz remained in control, needing just 17 runs from 16 deliveries. Vision Panchal and Dhruv Singh ensured there were no further hiccups, finishing the game in the 19th over with a couple of big hits.

This victory marked the second consecutive win for South Delhi Superstarz in the tournament, establishing them as strong contenders in the league.
