The decision has triggered widespread discussion across the PUBG Mobile community, especially in Bangladesh, where the esports ecosystem is growing rapidly.
What Happened? The Match-Fixing Allegations in the PMNC Bangladesh 2025 Final
The controversy revolves around the PUBG Mobile National Championship Bangladesh Fall 2025, one of the country’s most important tournaments that acts as a pathway to international events. During the final match, serious allegations surfaced claiming that Halal Axetron and Aether Force deliberately manipulated gameplay to influence the final standings.
According to multiple community reports, Aether Force allegedly gave free kills to Halal Axetron at crucial stages of the match, particularly in the final circle. These actions reportedly gave Halal Axetron a major advantage and directly impacted the championship outcome. As a result, A1 Esports, another finalist that performed legitimately throughout the tournament, was pushed out of contention for the title.
Some community discussions also pointed out that Aether Force was allegedly linked to the same organization as Halal Axetron and may have competed under a different name due to tournament restrictions on multiple team entries from the same organization.

Following the backlash, the tournament administration carried out a detailed investigation, reviewing match footage and other supporting evidence. After careful examination, officials concluded that collusion and match fixing had clearly taken place. Coordinated actions such as free kills, intentional lack of resistance, and planned cooperation between teams were identified as clear violations.
The administration stated that such actions were meant to manipulate match outcomes and mislead both officials and viewers. These practices are strictly prohibited as they damage competitive integrity and undermine trust in the esports ecosystem.
Ban Details and Penalties Announced
Based on the investigation, PUBG Mobile Esports announced strict disciplinary action under Rule 6.2 Cheating and Exploitation Collusion.
Team Halal Axetron, comprising its five players: Yeash “9Tdegree” Khandakar, Tahsinul Islam “Hitman” Sami, Shahri Hasan “Madcat” Riyad, Mohammad Aanis Uddin “Mamba” Aafnan, and NAYEEM, has been handed a one-year ban from all official PUBG Mobile tournaments after being found guilty of collusion or team-up behavior.
Team Aether Force, including four players, AFXKHOA, AFXXOXOX, AFXSYNIX, and AFXWITWIKY, has received a two-year ban, with officials stating that their actions caused serious harm to the competitive environment and the PUBG Mobile esports brand. Both bans are effective immediately from 23 December 2025.
PUBG Mobile Bangladesh released a strong zero-tolerance statement, making its position very clear. Any form of collusion, match fixing, free kills, or coordinated attempts to deceive officials or the audience will lead to immediate disqualification and long-term bans.
