WrestleMania Vegas is right around the corner. The WWE Women’s Title is going to be on the line, but this week’s SmackDown saw that storyline shift in a big way.
The March 20 episode of WWE SmackDown went down at the Lenovo Center in Raleigh, North Carolina. During the show, Jade Cargill and Rhea Ripley had a chance to participate in a promo battle.
Rhea Ripley said that the title needs her since it’s been around Jade Cargill’s waist. Then things took a turn for Ripley.
As Jade Cargill started to leave, Michin and B-Fab came out to the ring. Then they surrounded Rhea Ripley and beat her down.
This is a big development, since B-Fab and Michin have been seemingly at odds with Jade Cargill in recent memory. Now, they are on the same page in a big way. After beating down Rhea Ripley, they celebrated over her broken body.
We will have to see how things pan out from this point on, but it appears that the road to WrestleMania will be a very interesting one for Rhea Ripley. Now, she may have three women to fight off in Las Vegas.
