After the video of Shubhman Gill went viral earlier on in the day, Rishabh Pant followed up with shaking the internet in the evening. Pant posted a video of him training in the nets as he prepared to return to test cricket with the upcoming Duleep Trophy, starting from December 5. Pant played his last Test match for India in December 2022 against Bangladesh.
Few weeks after his last Test match, Pant got in a car accident which took him more than a year to return to the game, as he had to recover from a surgery to recover from three broken ligaments in the knee.
Pant returned to the field in the IPL 2024, and came out as the highest run-scorer for Delhi capitals. He then got picked for the Indian team for T20 World Cup as well.
Pant captioned the post, “I try not to have expectations because they can tend to tear you apart. I try to work as hard as I possibly can and give every ounce of a hundred percent & keep Learning from it.” Watch the video here:
