Shakib Al Hasan creates history, become the oldest cricketer to….

Bangladesh is currently headed toward a big defeat to India in the first Test. They had a superb outing in Pakistan and won the series 2-0. They came to India with high hopes to pull off an upset but their hopes were brought down pretty quickly. Bangladesh left India at 144/6 in the first innings and a total score of 376.

Shakib is one of the main players for Bangladesh taking in consideration his all-rounder skills, and he would be disappointed for how his match went. Shakib only bowled eight overs in first innings and gave out only 50 runs. With the bat, he could only score 32 runs.

Shakib Al Hasan made history on the Day 3 of the first Test match. He became the oldest Bangladeshi to play Test cricket. Shakib was aged 37 years and 6 months when he played his final Test against South Africa.
