Shimano’s Trail Born-funded projects expand into South America and Asia while continuing investment across North America, Europe and beyond…
Shimano reinforces its long-term commitment to trail development, advocacy, and community with the 2026 expansion of the Trail Born initiative. Building on strong momentum since the program’s launch in 2024, Shimano Trail Born will fund 19 new projects in 2026, expanding into new countries and continents while continuing to support trail networks that inspire riders and strengthen local communities worldwide.
Launched as a 10-year, $10 million commitment, Shimano Trail Born is designed to enhance the overall mountain bike experience by investing directly in trail infrastructure, advocacy organizations, and the people who maintain and steward these spaces.
