Shyre Bikes has announced the addition of two further bike ranges ahead of Christmas, something the brand says means they now cater for children of all ages.
Launched by husband-and-wife team Kev and Michelle Williams in 2024, the brand has already sold out of its first range, the Shyre Hopton, which is set to be extended with new colours and sizes for ages 4 – 13+.
The new ranges include the Shyre Myndie, a balance bike with 12” wheels suitable for ages 18 months and up, and the Shyre Eastie, a mountain bike for ages 6 – 13+.
According to Shyre Bikes, the new bike ranges are named after popular local bike spots at Hopton Woods, the Long Mynd, and Eastridge Woods. As parents themselves, the couple says they have experienced the challenge of keeping kids active in a screen-filled world. They say for their family, biking became more than just a hobby – it became a way to stay healthy, connected, and outdoors together.
