Sid Vicious’ sons, Frank and Gunnar Eudy, recently shared how their late father’s WWE Hall of Fame induction came together and how fans’ support has meant a lot to their family.
WWE contacted Sid’s wife first about the induction, then informed the family last week. Frank said they were honored and excited for fans to have a chance to celebrate their dad, noting that Sid always performed to make fans happy. The two brothers expressed gratitude for the overwhelming online love from the wrestling community since the announcement.
Sid Eudy, who passed away in 2024 at age 63 after battling cancer, was a world champion in both WWE and WCW and a two-time WrestleMania main eventer. His final WWE appearance came in 2012 against Heath Slater.
Frank Eudy, known from CBS’s Big Brother, didn’t pursue wrestling, while Gunnar has wrestled under the name “Two Sycho.” Gunnar said he’s not chasing a full-time wrestling career but will host a tribute show on August 29, donating proceeds to animal shelters and children’s programs — a way to honor his father’s legacy of entertaining and helping others.
Sid Vicious will be inducted into the 2026 WWE Hall of Fame in Las Vegas on April 17, alongside Stephanie McMahon, AJ Styles, Demolition, and Dennis Rodman.
