SoCal Val has a busy week ahead of her that spans two major wrestling weekends, with a new interview for WrestlingNewsCo’s The Velvet Ropes ahead of TNA Rebellion and a packed WrestleMania 42 week schedule in Las Vegas that includes WrestleCon and a special guest hosting gig for PROGRESS Wrestling.
First up on her schedule is an interview with TNA Knockouts star ODB for The Velvet Ropes, WrestlingNewsCo’s interview show hosted by Val. The sit-down was announced on Val’s X account this week ahead of TNA Rebellion, with Val putting out an open call for fan questions to be included in the feature. The timing couldn’t be better. ODB is set to team with Mickie James and Taryn Terrell in a six-woman Hardcore Country tag team match against The Elegance Brand (Ash By Elegance, Heather By Elegance and M By Elegance) at TNA Rebellion 2026 on Saturday April 11 at the Wolstein Center in Cleveland, Ohio. The storyline has been one of TNA’s hotter feuds heading into the pay-per-view.
The ODB sit-down follows Val’s recent episode of The Velvet Ropes with Bronwyne Billington, the daughter of the late Dynamite Kid Tom Billington.

Once Rebellion weekend wraps up, Val heads straight to Las Vegas for WrestleMania 42 week, where her schedule includes multiple high-profile bookings.
She has been confirmed as a WrestleCon signing guest, with her setup featuring a range of photos and memorabilia for fans looking to meet her during convention hours.

She has also been announced as the special guest host for PROGRESS Wrestling Chapter 193, the UK-based promotion’s Las Vegas show. PROGRESS Las Vegas Chapter 193 takes place Thursday April 16 at the Horseshoe Las Vegas with an 11 AM PT start time.
Val brings years of convention hosting experience to the PROGRESS booking. She is a regular stage host for Monopoly Events, the UK-based convention company behind Comic Con Liverpool and For the Love of Wrestling, where she frequently interviews celebrity guests and moderates fan Q&A panels. Her work with Monopoly Events has made her one of the more in-demand hosts on the convention circuit in recent years.
SoCal Val has been a fixture in professional wrestling for close to two decades, with a resume that spans TNA, indie promotions across the country and backstage interview and hosting work. She currently hosts The Velvet Ropes on WrestlingNewsCo and continues to work the independent scene as a ring announcer, host and backstage correspondent.
