South Coast Pirates RFC have confirmed the signing of flyhalf Cyprian Ombaso from Nakuru RFC.
The 20-year-old arrives with a growing reputation after impressive spells at MMUST RFC and Nakuru RFC. Ombaso is also no stranger to the Pirates setup, having previously featured briefly for the club’s academy side during his high school days at Kaya Tiwi High School.
His return is seen as both a boost to the Pirates’ technical department and a homecoming for a player who understands the club’s culture and ambitions. The flyhalf is expected to add creativity and depth to the Pirates’ backline as the club continues to build for the future.
“We are delighted to confirm that South Coast Pirates have reached an agreement with Nakuru RFC for the signing of highly-rated flyhalf Cyprian Ombaso,” Pirates announced.
