WWE has a lot of plans in the pipeline, almost too many to keep track of at this point. As the company continues to jet set across the world, they have added a new match to their next Saturday Night’s Main Event.
The January 16 episode of WWE SmackDown went down in the OVO Arena Wembley in London, England. This was a big show on Friday, and we had full spoilers of the entire broadcast.
During WWE SmackDown this week, Cody Rhodes had some choice words for Jacob Fatu. Then the American Nightmare announced that he will be in the 2026 Royal Rumble match.
Jacob Fatu came out later, and he didn’t appreciate what Cody Rhodes said about him. Fatu called out Rhodes and there had to be a massive pull-apart with WWE officials to keep the two from killing each other.
After the commercial break, it was announced that Jacob Fatu and Cody Rhodes will throw down at Saturday Night’s Main Event. That match will be an incredible addition to the card.
Saturday Night’s Main Event is set to go down on January 24, 2026, at the Bell Centre in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. We will have to see what else WWE adds to the card, but this will be an impressive showcase on Peacock.
