Leafs lineup news: Stolarz to start vs. Sharks, Lorentz, Myers in for Pezzetta, Stecher
Stolarz is coming off a 28-save performance in a 5-4 victory over the Anaheim Ducks on Monday. The 32-year-old has posted a 10-9-3 record with a .893 save percentage in 24 appearances this season.
Myers has recorded two assists in 35 games this season. Stecher has recorded three goals and 13 points in 59 games for the Maple Leafs this season. The journeyman defenceman started his Maple Leafs’ tenure by playing the best hockey of his career, with his tenacity and mobility providing a new wrinkle to the team’s blue line. Stecher’s form has cooled off over the past two months, but he’s still been counted upon to operate to provide reliable minutes in a lesser role.
Toronto will conclude its road trip against the Los Angeles Kings on Saturday, before receiving a three-day break.
